*There is a new $150 minimum for all orders!*

For all inquiries please read the following terms and policies:

Important information: Date for order to be picked up and what ALL you would like to order. Please also include as many details such as: theme, celebration, color scheme, or any information to help me learn about your event. The sooner you inquire, the better. With many weddings on the books, my availability fills up rather quick and it is important to plan ahead of time. I highly recommend booking 3-6 weeks in advance, though I may be able to squeeze in last minute orders with a 10 day notice! I know life gets in the way and always try my best to fit in what I can.

Communication: You should look out for an email within 2-5 business days after submitting an inquiry order form, and check your spam if you don’t see an email! Please keep up with emails and respond in a timely manner. Email is my best way of contact, as its the only way to keep organized!

Plagiarism: I consider myself an artist, which means I will not plagiarize any other bakers work, and will always put my artsy flare on all of my cakes and cookies. You may send many inspirational pictures my way, but please know they are ONLY for inspiration! I will do my best to match colors and themes as best as possible, but please know it is impossible to know exactly what another baker used or did to create what is pictured.

Payment and securing your date: To be added onto my calendar, a 50% nonrefundable retainer is due upfront to secure your date, with remaining balance due one week prior to pick up date. I do not start orders until final payment has been made. An inquiry or email does not confirm your order, the retainer does. You are not on my calendar until your retainer has been made. First come first serve, meaning if another clients reaches out after you and pays first, they get that spot. If you do not make your final payment in time, I have the right to forfeit your order, with no refund. For all payments, an invoice will be sent via email which will direct you to payment online: no cash, checks, Zelle, cash app, venmo allowed. This is for ALL clients, no special treatment.

Arranging pick up: I send out emails every Monday to arrange pick ups for all orders of that week. It is very important to keep an eye out for those and to keep with that designated day and time as one change could mess up my whole weeks schedule. I always try my best to accommodate everyones schedule, but it is not always guaranteed. Please keep in mind with ordering weeks in advance, I don’t always know what each day/week will look like for me. That being said, I always aim to have orders ready the day before your preferred pick up date.

Allergies: Cross contamination is absolutely possible. It is your responsibility to communicate that with all of your event guests. I do use nuts on a regular basis, so if you have a severe nut allergy, keep that in mind. I offer gluten free, however if you have a serious allergy please keep that in mind as I am mostly baking with regular flour.
